The Marquise de Merteuil and the Vicomte de Valmont are two rivals who use sex as a weapon to humiliate and degrade others, whilst they enjoy their cruel games. It also depicts the decadence of the French aristocracy shortly before the French Revolution.



With seduction, betrayal and revenge all inter mingled, this costume drama promises to be a lively and popular production.



The opponents – La Marquise de Merteuil and Le Vicomte de Valmont are ruthless and unprincipled, until Valmont falls in love with a potential victim with fatal consequences – a sword fight to the death with Danceny."
